FROM HANDSEMMERL TO OLIVE CIABATTA
Fischer Brot combines classic artisanship with current methods and demands when producing baked goods. This results in wonderful Austrian specialties such as the legendary Handsemmerl or the popular “Mohnflesserl” (braided poppy seed bread), but also popular products from the Mediterranean baking tradition such as the olive ciabatta or the garlic baguette.

We make all these handmade products in Austria from mostly regional ingredients. Every single delicacy will convince you will high quality and longer-lasting freshness due to quick shock freezing.
